Toyota Plaza Antalya, the flagship Toyota dealership for Turkey's Antalya region, has been successfully delivered by Daidalos Construction on a full turnkey basis. The facility encompasses a multi-level vehicle showroom, enclosed display areas, a full-capacity service workshop, a parts storage warehouse, customer reception and waiting lounges, and administrative offices — all constructed, fitted, and finished to Toyota Motor Corporation's exacting global facility standards.
Premium automotive brand construction operates within a precisely defined technical framework. Toyota's facility specifications determine structural bay dimensions, clear floor-to-soffit heights, floor loading capacities, surface finish specifications, lighting levels, facade material and color systems, and signage mounting provisions — requirements that must be satisfied in their entirety before the facility can receive brand certification. Daidalos worked in direct collaboration with Toyota's regional technical team throughout both the design coordination and construction execution phases to ensure full brand compliance alongside practical buildability.
The structural scope required large-span steel frame construction to achieve the column-free showroom areas that automotive display environments demand. The service workshop required heavy-duty reinforced concrete flooring rated for vehicle servicing operations, fully integrated with in-floor drainage channels, compressed air and electrical service distribution, and vehicle lift pit structures. Facade works combined high-performance composite panel cladding with large-format glazed curtain wall sections designed to maximize showroom visibility from the adjacent primary road.
Construction delivery was achieved on the developer's target program, enabling Toyota's regional franchise operator to commence trading on schedule. The facility is now operating as one of the region's highest-volume Toyota points of sale, a result made possible in part by the quality and efficiency of the construction delivery.
