Daidalos Construction successfully completed shell and core works on the 80,000 m² Swissotel Bodrum Hill Residences — one of the largest structural projects in the Aegean region.
Daidalos Construction has completed shell and core works on the landmark Swissotel Bodrum Hill Residences project in Yokusbasi, Bodrum. Spanning 80,000 square meters, this project represents one of the most ambitious structural undertakings in the Aegean region.
The project involved comprehensive shell and core construction as well as full insulation works across the multi-building complex, which sits on a hillside with panoramic views of Bodrum's central area and the Aegean Sea. The construction team prioritized structural soundness, insulation effectiveness, and precise execution at every phase — aligning with Swissôtel's established reputation for quality.
"Projects of this scale demand relentless attention to sequencing, logistics, and quality control," said the Daidalos project leadership team. "We're proud to deliver a structure that meets both the architectural ambitions of the design and the performance requirements of an international hospitality brand."
The completed structure is now in the interior fit-out phase, with Daidalos supporting the transition to the next delivery milestone.
