Daidalos Construction completed the turnkey construction of new accommodation wings and ancillary facilities at La Branche Hotel in Bodrum — expanding the resort's capacity with a seamless match to the existing property's quality and architectural character.
La Branche Hotel in Bodrum selected Daidalos Construction to deliver a turnkey expansion of its accommodation inventory and ancillary resort facilities. The project added significant new guest accommodation capacity through the construction of additional bedroom wings, alongside supporting infrastructure upgrades and extended landscaping areas. For a property with an established reputation and a loyal guest base, the quality and character of the new construction had to be indistinguishable from the original buildings.
The full turnkey scope encompassed new accommodation wing structures from foundations through to completed interiors, guest room fit-out to the same specification standard as the existing hotel, extended pool and terrace areas, back-of-house service infrastructure for the additional capacity, landscaping integration with the existing grounds, and all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing connections to the property's main building systems — delivered as a complete, guest-ready package.
Expansion construction on a live, operating hotel requires a fundamentally different approach from new-build construction. The guest experience cannot be compromised by noise, dust, access disruption, or any visible evidence of construction activity. This constraint shapes every element of program planning: work schedules, material delivery routes, hoarding strategies, and trade sequencing all have to be designed around the hospitality operation rather than pure construction efficiency.
